Agreement

By using readyrun.tech ("the Site"), you agree to these terms. The Site is operated by ReadyRun Technologies (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa.

What the Site provides

The Site provides information about ReadyRun's services, a waitlist signup for early access to our diagnostic tools, and a contact form for enquiries. The diagnostic assessment tool (when available) is provided as a free resource to help businesses understand their operational landscape.

Waitlist and early access

Joining the waitlist does not constitute a contract for services. It registers your interest in early access to our diagnostic tools. We may contact you when your industry assessment becomes available or to discuss our services. You can request removal from the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@readyrun.tech.

ReadyRun Loop build partner program

The ReadyRun Loop program is an invitation-only partnership. Expressing interest on the waitlist does not guarantee acceptance. Selected partners will receive a separate agreement outlining the specific terms of their engagement, including scope, hosting costs, and responsibilities.

Paid services

Implementation services, custom software development, and hosting arrangements are governed by separate project agreements. These terms cover only your use of the Site itself.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and code of this Site are the property of ReadyRun Technologies (Pty) Ltd. The diagnostic tool's methodology, including the 41-domain taxonomy and capability framework, is proprietary.

Limitation of liability

The Site and its diagnostic tools are provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, the assessments and recommendations are intended as general guidance and should not be considered professional consulting advice. ReadyRun Technologies is not liable for business decisions made based on information provided through the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gauteng, Johannesburg.
