Starter Pack

A CRM, project tracking and team chat. Yours, online in days.

Twenty, Plane and Mattermost, installed and kept standard on infrastructure you own. You pay for the server, not for every person who logs in, and you can move the whole thing elsewhere whenever you want.

Who It Is For

A business still running on group chats

The CRM

a WhatsApp group

The project tracker

a spreadsheet

Team chat

wherever the last message landed

If that is the shape of it, this is the fastest way out.

What You Get

Three systems, and they are not ours

Every one of these is an open source project with its own team, its own release notes and its own life independent of us. We install them, keep them standard and run them on infrastructure you own. Follow any of the links and you will find the real thing.

The CRM

Twenty

Every customer, every deal, every note about them, in one place instead of four. When somebody asks where a deal stands, you open it rather than go looking for it.

  • Pipelines and deals
  • Contacts and companies
  • Notes and tasks against a record

Project tracking

Plane

Who is doing what, and by when, visible to everyone at once. The status meeting stops being the only way to find out.

  • Boards, lists and timelines
  • Cycles, for work in fixed stretches
  • A wiki, so decisions live next to the work

“Project management and knowledge management for teams and agents.”

Team chat

Mattermost

A channel per client, project or topic, and a history you can search. What was agreed stays findable instead of scrolling away in somebody's phone.

  • Channels, public or private
  • Searchable history
  • Files kept with the conversation

Underneath

The server, the backups, the monitoring and the patching are handled for you. Nobody on your side has to run any of it, and none of it is a fourth product you are buying.

The Server

You do not pick a server

You say how many people

The box is decided for you: the smallest one the three apps genuinely fit on, with room left spare rather than run to the edge. There is no configurator, no shopping list of specs, and nothing to get wrong.

It mostly does not change

Which is why the price barely moves between a small team and a much larger one. Nearer the top it steps up, and the price steps with it. You can see exactly where, further down.

Past 200 people the pack stops being the right shape, and that is a short conversation rather than a different company.

No Fee Per Person

Invite everyone. Even your customers.

Your whole team

The software is open source, so adding a person does not mean buying a licence. Nobody has to decide whether a new hire is worth another seat.

And your customers

Give them a window onto their own projects with exactly the right permissions. They see progress and log requests straight against the work, and they see nothing internal.

The first time a customer logs in to check progress, something shifts. They are in a system that belongs to you, at an address you picked, rather than in a corner of somebody else's product. You stop looking like a business making the best of free tools.

What they are looking at is the project tool itself, which is the plain version of this and is plenty for most businesses. A screen built around the way you actually work, showing them results rather than jobs, is a later thing and a bigger one.

Pricing

One box, and one price

The same three apps, the same setup, the same support, for teams up to 200.

How many people

Headcount is the rough guide, not the whole story. A team that lives in chat all day, keeps years of files, or runs unusually busy projects will want more room sooner than the band suggests. Moving up a size is a change of server, not a rebuild. Nothing is reinstalled and nothing is migrated by hand, so it is something you do when you need it rather than a call you have to get right today.

Once, at the start

Real work, and a real fee. Both lines are the same in either country.

What the price does not contain is a charge per person. Hire five people this month, or give two hundred customers a login to see their own jobs, and it does not move.

The Guarantee

Proof

We ran our own business on it first

We did not build this and hope. ReadyRun ran on WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets and a free tier project tool, and these are the three systems that replaced them. It earned its place here before it was offered to anyone else.

Where It Can Go

It does not have to stop here

Plenty of businesses take the Starter Pack and never need anything else, and that is a perfectly good place to end up.

It is not a dead end either. The tools are in place and running standard, so if the part customers choose you for turns out to be worth building into software you own, that work starts from here rather than from nothing.

See how that goes
