Who we are

ReadyRun Technologies (Pty) Ltd is a South African company based in Johannesburg. We build diagnostic tools and implementation services that help businesses identify operational gaps and deploy connected software stacks.

What we collect

We collect only what's necessary to provide our services:

• ● Waitlist signups: Email address, company name, company size, industry selection, and any operational challenges you choose to share.
• ● Contact form: Name, email, company, and your message.
• ● Anonymous sessions: A random identifier stored in your browser to maintain your session. No personal information is attached.
• ● Usage: Pages visited, links and buttons used, and a recording of the session with the contents of form fields masked.
• ● Chat: Anything you send us in the chat window, and the email address you give it if you write while nobody is online.

How we use it

• ● To respond to your enquiries and keep you updated on our services
• ● To notify you when early access is available for your industry
• ● To understand what businesses need so we can build better tools

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Email communications

When you submit a waitlist signup or contact form, we send a confirmation email and may follow up regarding our services. Transactional emails are sent via Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), a GDPR-compliant email service. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by emailing us.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored in secured databases with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Access is restricted to authorised team members only.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and local storage for three things: keeping your session, understanding how the site is used, and running the chat window. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell what we learn.

Product analytics is PostHog, hosted in the EU. It records which pages are visited and which links and buttons are used, and it records sessions so we can see where the site is confusing. Text you type into a form is masked before it leaves your browser, so a recording shows that a field was filled without showing what you put in it.

The chat window is Tawk.to. It sets its own cookies so a conversation survives moving between pages, and it holds the messages you send. It loads only once you interact with the page, so a visit that never uses it never loads it.

Who else handles your data

These are the services we pass data to, and what each one gets. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

• ● PostHog (EU): product analytics and session recording.
• ● Tawk.to: the chat window and the messages in it.
• ● Brevo: transactional and follow-up email.
• ● Paystack: payment. Card details are entered on Paystack's own page and never reach us. We hold a token, never a card number.

Videos are embedded from YouTube on its no-cookie domain and load only when you press play.

POPIA compliance

We process your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@readyrun.tech.
