Wilfred's background spans more than three decades of building and working inside real businesses. Manufacturing, consulting, software, and enterprise systems. He didn't come to technology as an abstract discipline. He learned it because the businesses he was running needed better structure, visibility, and flow.
He co-founded ReadyRun to bring that same operator-level clarity to small and medium businesses. Replacing manual processes, improving visibility, and connecting how work actually flows, without enterprise cost or complexity.

Founded Greystone Contour Doors - grew from 2 staff in 85 m² to 30 employees in a 1,000 m² factory. Built custom production software from scratch.
Scaled G2 Global Doors to 160 employees and 24-hour production. Designed all production management software; became one of SA's largest cabinet manufacturers.
Independent consultant and QlikView architect. Founded Telamon Business Architecture - BI, ERP advisory, and web development across multiple industries.
Co-founded ns.work, a freelance platform for the advertising industry. Sole architect of the full stack, serving 30+ agency clients.
Technical lead at EXAH on enterprise Salesforce projects (Absa, Engen, Coca-Cola). Co-founded ReadyRun in 2025.

Beyond the Keyboard
