Operations & Finance

Back to About

Sophie has run a business from the inside. She spent six years at Compatible Automotive, starting in digital operations and ending as COO, after an earlier career in financial due diligence and restructuring at Grant Thornton in Amsterdam and Calgary. At ReadyRun she looks after operations and finance, and she looks at the parts of a business that slow the owner down before anyone reaches for software.

On your project, Sophie is the one asking how the work moves today, who it waits on, and what it costs you each month it stays that way.
